Silver Dreams is not responsible for orders lost in transit. You may have your order shipped via Registered post which includes tracking for an extra small fee. Please email us on: email@example.com before ordering, for this arrangement.
Silver Dreams checks all items before delivery and makes sure they are free from any defects of workmanship. We will only accept returns if the item is faulty upon receiving it. No change of mind refunds.
If you wish to return any items please note the following:
1.Silver Dreams must be notified of your intention to return and the reasons for return/exchange. Please send us an email on with the subject "Returns" if you decide to do so. Please do not return any items before notifying us, this might result in your return not being processed.
2. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
3. All items returned must be in original packaging including any tags.
4. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges for returning the items. We will not be responsible for any items lost in transit. We will not offer any refund/exchange if we do not receive the items. We advise that customers choose a shipping method which provides tracking.
5. After receiving the returned item, Silver Dreams will inspect the item and if deemed faulty, will exchange the item or refund.
6. We cannot accept returns on earrings for hygienic reasons.
